Responsibilities: lead the Secretariat of the Board, fulfill strategic goals determined by the General Meeting through fundraising and discussing with governmental bodies improved access to medical and social services for women and their children living with HIV, hepatitis, and tuberculosis.

Julia says: “HIV-positive people are different: they can be funny, boring, energetic, some of them are stubborn. Most of my friends are people living with HIV for more than 10 years. And with these people I want to be together, side by side, to go in the same direction, because they are strong and reliable.

I love a warm summer rain and big and soft raindrops”.
