Evgenia has over 20 years experience in the Russian and international nonprofit sectors.

She holds a master’s degree in public administration from Syracuse University in the United States.

Evgenia has worked on projects implemented in partnership with UNICEF, UNFPA, World Health Organization and other international organizations. Over the last 20 years she has worked in the fields of education, youth development, supporting individuals with cancer, and prevention of HIV/AIDS. Evgenia has worked for two leading Russian charitable organizations (AdVita and Vera Hospice Foundation) helping people with cancer, where she headed volunteer programs. She was also responsible for organizing an annual international youth forum that brought together youth leaders, students, scientists, and business and government representatives from different countries to discuss various themes related to public health, social issues, education, human rights, and sustainability.

In the beginning of her career Evgenia worked as a program coordinator at nonprofit organizations in St. Petersburg, where she developed and implemented youth programs to protect sexual and reproductive health and rights and prevent HIV/AIDS.

Over the course of her career, Evgenia has gained experience in project management, strategy development, monitoring and evaluation, and building partnerships. Her interests include sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), HIV/AIDS and youth development.
