Target: Providing patients living with HIV with access to quality services of the AIDS centers including to counseling on issues of adherence to and quality of ART.
 
Objectives:
 
— Increase patients’ awareness of issues related to adherence and quality off ART.
 
— Provide interaction between patients and the medical community.
