The World Hepatitis Alliance is a nonprofit patient organization that unites NGOs tackling viral hepatitis around the world.

NP E.V.A. joined the ranks of the World Hepatitis Alliance, a nonprofit patient organization that unites NGOs working to combat the spread of viral hepatitis across the world.

One of the aspects of the Alliance’s work is to improve awareness about hepatitis. The organization’s focus is to assist governments around the world in developing and implementing the official state strategies to combat viral hepatitis. Additionally, the Alliance contributes to improving access to treating these diseases.

In 2016 the global movement NoHep was launched by the Alliance, which calls for the eradication of viral hepatitis as a public health problem by the year 2030, in compliance with the WHO’s global strategy.

E.V.A. has joined this global cause. The movement’s logo was included in a clip encouraging people to get tested for viral hepatitis. 4-time Paralympic participant Alyona Kaufman took part in the clip:

Additionally, in collaboration with the creative agency WakeUp Advertising, E.V.A. developed a GIF animation that is being disseminated on social networks. The message is: Don’t let hepatitis stop you – Be part of our next greatest achievement – Get tested.

Support E.V.A.

For 11 years we have been helping HIV-positive women all over Russia to unite and set aside their rights and their dignity as equals among equals.

Even a small donation will help peer consultants do their work and find a way out of difficult situations where the state, relatives and friends are turning away.
