A work plan was also developed for implimentation. The consultant was asked to structure the priorities and the work plan for the four main aspects of the organization, including programs, administration, finance and systems of operation.

The participants came to the conclusion that the strategic priorities and activities complement the current successes of the organization. For example, the field of legal protection and advocacy will continue in accordance with the previously determined priorities. The new strategy will help the organization to expand its focus and develop in new directions. However, the main purpose of the organization is still relevent and remains unchanged.

During the meeting, members of the Strategic Planning session revised the structure of the Secretariat and members of the organization, the management system, including the highest governing body of the general assembly, developed and accepted a document which describes the role and functions of the Secretariat and members of the network, as well as the position of membership.

Participants of the Strategic Planning decided to maintain the current control system and did not make any changes to it at this stage. Out of necessity, the control system may be revised in the future, and the appropriate changes will be reflected by the Charter of the organization.
